We are reimagining the café menu, infusing flavors rooted in culture that celebrate the diversity in our Denver neighborhood - from classic lattes and cortados, to ponche and jamaica, to Guatemalan tostadas and frijoles you can't find anywhere else in Denver.

Our menu rotates seasonally as we try to support Colorado farmers as much as possible in our ingredient choices.

We are proud to offer dairy free, vegan and gluten-free options on our menu.

If you'd like to make a reservation at the cafe, please see details here.

If you're interested in our catering menu, please see details here.

We are committed to always having affordable, fresh coffee for the neighborhood, roasted by the same farmers who grew it in Central America.

Every day we have at least two single-origin Guatemalan coffees for you to try, on drip. Take a bag of beans home of your favorite!

We are a specialty coffee shop serving all the espresso-based drinks of your dreams. We call lattes cafe con leche because Spanish is our first language. Also, we infuse fun, latin flavors into our espresso bar that remind you of home like cardamomo, canela, dulce de leche and picosita (spicy chocolate)!  Our baristas are always inventing new flavor profiles so feel free to ask for our latest trend!

We are very proud of the artisanal and medicinal tea collection we feature. All teas are curated by the women of Love&Tea cooperative in the highlands of Guatemala, who grow, process, blend and export the medicinal tea recipes from their Mayan roots. Most are herbal, but we have a few options with black tea and yerba mate.

We love making aguas frescas from real, fresh ingredients. We ALWAYS have Rosa de Jamaica, our favorite from Guatemala with hibiscus, cinnamon and honey. We have rotating flavors from local Colorado fruits (cantaloupe, peach, cherry, watermelon). And we make unique mixes like Cascara and Terere for something new! We even make our own in-house chamoy for the rim if you'd like!

ANTOJITOS (snacks)

We love the fresh, healthy and delicious snacks you can find on the street all over Central America. We have freshly made small plates available including Guatemalan tostadas, pan con aguacate, seasonal soups and overnight oat bowls!  Everything, literally everything, is made in house from scratch.

We believe un café has to come with a nice panito. We bring  the delicious flavors of Latin America with treats like alfajores (dulce de leche sandwiches) champurradas (coffee-dunking cookies), and ponche scones (dried fruit and spices), all made in house from scratch daily! We also feature rotating treats form culturally-rooted chefs including Ghanian "puff puffs", Andean blue corn cookies, and more.  We have several gluten-free and dairy free pastry options.
