In this workshop, you will learn how to mend items from your wardrobe so you can extend and expand their life.


Bring a piece or two from your wardrobe that needs mending and learn principles about clothing preservation. 

Learn how to hand-mend your clothes by sewing a button, adding a patch, or fixing a hemline.


About the Designer,

Michael Sullivan is a passionate, fast-paced fashion designer and wardrobe tailor who has expanded his talents through collaboration and tailoring. He has contributed to various projects for companies such as Refinery29, Gentle Monster, and Charles David Shoes. He has also worked as a wardrobe tailor and patternmaker on the film Welcome To The Fishbowl and commercial shoots for United Airlines.

His eco-conscious, gender-affirming clothing line, HAUS, debuted at New York Fashion Week on September 9, 2023, and has since been published on bet.comxonecole.comelle.com, and glamour.com.
