About / Sobre el Evento
Paches are potato based tamales, made with a 'recado' (sauce) composed by tomato, tomatillo, sesame and pumpkin seeds, achiote, dried chilies, and other spices. These are then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.
We are celebrating the end of the year offering paches and sold by the unit. These can be steamed to be reheated.
You can pick up your paches to take home and reaheat on Thursday or Friday 12/22 + 12/23, 7 - 3PM or during Café open hours.
