About / Sobre el Evento
Fiambre is best described as a savory, cold dish made of a base of pickled vegetables topped with cold cuts, chicken, cheeses, and herbs, all dressed in a unique olive oil-based sauce (caldillo). This dish is eaten on November 1st and is only in Guatemala but is part of a unique and special tradition.
We are celebrating our second year in our brick-and-mortar and are offering this dish (made only once a year) for purchase by the pound.
Options:
Purchase by the pound on a to-go order to enjoy at home (you can pick up your Fiambre to take home between 7 am - 6 pm on Saturday & Sunday)
Purchase by the plate and enjoy with us at Convivio on Saturday
You must order by purchasing the number of pounds you'd like through the tickets on this link. A pound serves about two people.
