About / Sobre el Evento
Fiambre is best described as a cold dish that is made of a base of pickled vegetables, topped with cold cuts, cheeses, and herbs, all dressed in a special olive oil based sauce sauce (caldillo). This dish is eaten only on November 1st, and only in Guatemala, and is a part of a very unique and special tradition.
We are celebrating our first year in our brick and mortar and offering this dish (made only once a year) purchase by the pound. You must order ahead by purchasing the number of pounds you'd like through the tickets on this link. A pound serves about 2 people.
You can pick up your fiambre to take home between 12 - 6pm.
If you'd like to enjoy a plate with us at the Café, we'll be eating at a community table at 5pm!
