Mercadito Navideño 2023

Our Mercadito Navideño (Holiday Market) is part of our series ‘Domingueando en el Northside’. In Latin America domingos (Sundays) are about slowing down, catching up with family/friends and enjoying the community with a yummy treat in hand.

And there's no better way to dominguear, in our opinion, than to come hang at Convivio... and even better if you can peruse and support  small, immigrant-owned businesses while you're at it!  We're expanding this year's market to both sides of the building (previously Enigma Bazaar), so we can host more and more artersanos!

Let’s talk food and drinks

Convivio Café will be serving our full drink menu,  pastries and burritos starting at 7am.  We're also thrilled to host our amazing community chefs!

Food trucks from Colombia, El Salvador and Oxaca (Mexico), along with food offerings from Four Directions Cuisine, Brazilian cheese bread by Vovo’s Market, gluten free baked goods from Moore Bread and naan bread by the Afghan women of the Apron Project.

Gifts and finds

We have a fantastic line up of small businesses and social enterprises with  beautiful art, crafts, herbs, knitted items, jewelry, plants, body care products, household items, handsome guayaberas, and more! You're sure to find a few gifst for you you or a friend.

PARKING

Parking along West 38th in front of the café will be reserved for our yummy food trucks. So, we encourage you to carpool with a friend, hop over on your e-bike or scooter, take a walk over through the beautiful highlands, or if you need to drive you can find a spot on the ample neighborhood  parking on surrounding streets.

Our mercadito is kid friendly, and everyone is welcome! (Unfortunately, this is an indoor event so doggies are not permitted indoors).
