About / Sobre el Evento
This event is about sharing delicious Guatemalan flavors and the history of its cuisine. Chef Romero Guzman grew up in Antigua, Guatemala, attended culinary school on the coast of Guatemala, and then moved to NYC where he cooked in restaurants preparing everything from Italian to vegan Mexican cuisine. Using these skills and love for Guatemalan cuisine, he seeks to introduce more people to Guatemalan food, educate customers about Guatemalan culture, and honor the rich culinary traditions of the Antiguanean street vendors.
We're honored to host this event and excited about sharing this with our comunidad!
