CENA CULTURAL : Vegan Sabor Latino (flavors of The Dominican Republic)

Vegan Sabor Latino is the project of Chef Crismeili Rosario, born in the Dominican Republic, who is passionate about packing traditional flavor into plant based options. 

Vegan Sabor Latino is a movement that was created 3 years ago by Crismeili Rosario with the purpose of teaching the community that being Vegan does not consist of just eating salads or having to leave behind those delicious dishes to which we are accustomed. But change a few ingredients and create a delicious dish with a Latin Flavor. The seasoning of their cuisine is based on healthy vegetables, always including local and healthy ingredients without any animal products. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Crismeili Rosario continues to include dishes from other parts of the world, always adding a Latin flavor.

For our Cena Cultural, Vegan Sabor Latino will be presenting a family style, menu paired with a signature cocktail (non alcoholic option available). Guatemalan farmer-roasted coffee will be served as a pairing at the end of the meal.
