About / Sobre el Evento
Molino Dos Caras is a food concept here in Denver owned and operated by brothers Alberto & Alejandro. The name translates to “two faces” but is a derivative of masks used in traditional ceremonies from Michoacán. Their inspiration draws from ancestral Mexican cuisine with maíz at the forefront of their menus, utilizing ingredients native to Latin American in efforts to preserve and progress the cultural traditions they are fortunate to be a part of.
For our Cena Cultural, Dos Caras will be presenting a family style, plant based menu paired with a signature cocktail (non alcoholic option available). Guatemalan farmer-roasted coffee will be served as a pairing at the end of the meal.
