At Convivio Café, we are close to celebrating the 3 years of our brick and mortar. We are so grateful to have thad he opportunity to share the beautiful flavors of Guatemala - not only within our lovely space, but also in other venues through industry opportunities.

We're much more than just coffee; our culturally rooted food and excellent selection of beers & wine are all intentionally designed for our extended hours, now that we have a liquor license.

Our team is fantastic, and the Convivio Café community continues to grow and expand every day.

For this Guatemalan Cena Cultural, we will share traditional Guatemalan recipes featuring proudly sourced Colorado ingredients. Three courses, each paired with a unique drink offering, and ending with dessert and our famous Guatemalan coffee.
