Cafe con Leche: Artist talk with Sylvia Montero & Tony Ortega

Artists Sylvia Montero & Tony Ortega will exhibit their photographs at Convivio Café as part of the Month of Photography Denver.

• 5 to 6 PM the Café will be open for community to come and see the artists' photographs, order drinks and small plates

• Artist talk will begin at 6PM with a brief time for Q&A from the community

  
  

The artists have had the opportunity to visit many places in Latin America, including amazing destinations such as Havana, Cuba; Oaxaca, Mexico; and Antigua, Guatemala.

Their cameras and conversations have documented people’s faces, environments, and context during their visits.

Hear artists Montero & Ortega as they share about these locations, their visits to art galleries and cultural centers, and how they have been able to become immersed in cultures admiring amazing people met during their journeys.
