Join us for a very special coffee workshop led by Convivio Café socias (owners) Vivi + Kristin alongside an incredible guest: Ashley — a third-generation coffee farmer, coffee roaster, certified coffee grader, and all-around badass woman — joining us IN THE FLESH all the way from Guatemala! ☕🇬🇹
Together, we’ll explore the journey of the humble coffee cherry — from the beautiful volcanic hillsides of Guatemala all the way to our cups here in Colorado.
Ashley brings firsthand experience and a deep love for the craft, the people, and the land behind every cup. Come learn about Guatemalan coffee, the coffee supply chain, and why our roasted-at-origin model matters so much.
